Title
Maximum is 25 words typed in lower-case letters. Please be careful that errors may occur if you copy and paste the title into the field from another document. Choose a title that clearly indicates the content of the contribution.

Number of submitted abstracts
Each presenting author is allowed to be allocated to max. 2 abstracts.

Abstract Topic
For the submission of your abstract, one single topic has to be selected to index the abstract. The chosen topic will be the category in which your abstract will be reviewed and graded. You should therefore select it carefully.

Abstract Content
All abstracts have to be submitted and must be presented in English, the official language of the IAPRD Congress.
The maximum word limit is 300 words.
Abstracts have to be structured in the following specified subtitles:

  • Objective
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Images & tables
Images: Per abstract, a maximum of 3 images is allowed. The maximum image size is 500 KB and max. 600 (w) x 800 (h) pixel. You may upload graphs and images in JPG, GIF or PNG format. The word count for an image is 50 words.

In addition to an image, you can add a table.

Tables: Per abstract, a maximum of 3 tables is allowed. The maximum number of rows / columns per table is 10 / 10. The word count for a table is 10 words per row.

Abstract Grading / Results
All abstracts will be reviewed and will be graded by members of the Abstract Review Committee of the IAPRD Congress 2021.

All submitters will be notified by e-mail in March 2021 about the outcome (accepted or not accepted) of the review and selection process. Please ensure the e-mail address provided is correct as all correspondences will be sent via e-mail.

All expenses (registration, etc.) associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are under the responsibility of the presenter.

COI / Conflict of Interests
In accordance with criterion 24 of document UEMS 2012/30 “Accreditation of Live Educational Events by the EACCME”, all declarations of potential or actual conflicts of interest, whether due to a financial or other relationship, must be provided to the EACCME upon submission of the application.

Declarations also must be made readily available, either in printed form, with the program of the LEE, or on the website of the organizer of the LEE. Declarations must include whether any fee, honorarium or arrangement for reimbursement of expenses in relation to the LEE has been provided.

The COI form has to be uploaded only by the first author.
