A Focused Approach to the Management of Hallucinations and Delusions Associated With Parkinson’s Disease Psychosis
Dr. Laxman Bahroo will discuss educational information about hallucinations and delusions associated with Parkinson’s disease (PD) psychosis, including the symptoms of PD psychosis, a non-motor aspect of PD, and how they progress over time; the impact and burden of PD psychosis on patients, their caregivers, and society; and the relevant treatment considerations when addressing PD psychosis.
Dr. Laxman Bahroo will also review clinical efficacy for a treatment option and real-world evidence from retrospective analyses investigating the risk of all-cause mortality among patients with PD psychosis treated with atypical antipsychotics. Lunch will be served.

Merz Therapeutics is pleased to invite residents, fellows, and early-career physicians to an expert-guided ultrasound course for cervical dystonia and sialorrhea.
This course is designed to provide additional confidence with ultrasound-guided muscle localization for botulinum toxin injections.
Participants will benefit from a small-group learning environment led by expert faculty, and each participant will receive significant hands-on time targeting muscles with ultrasound.

DBS Hands-on Training: Harnessing the Power of Remote Programming
Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) is a highly effective treatment for neurological disorders, and precise programming is essential to achieving optimal outcomes. In this symposium, we will explore the latest advances in remote programming technology for DBS, including newly available data highlighting the benefits of NeuroSphere™ Virtual Clinic. We will also provide hands-on training for DBS programming devices, covering device buttonology, troubleshooting, and post-implant optimization. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with programming iPads, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback from experienced DBS programmers. By the end of the symposium, participants will have a deep understanding of how to better implement the NeuroSphere™ Virtual Clinic technology to optimize DBS programming and improve patient outcomes.
