General Information

Registration Desk

You find the Information & Registration Desk on the third floor at the Grand Pollux Foyer at the GEM Center.
We kindly ask all participants to check in on their first congress day at the self-print stations (3rd floor) in order to receive name badge and relevant congress materials.
Please wear your name badge during all congress days. The badge is your entrance ticket to the conference rooms.
The registration desk will be open according to the following estimated time schedule:

Sunday, 12 November            09.00 am - 07.00 pm
Monday, 13 November            07.30 am - 05.30 pm
Tuesday, 14 November           07.30 am - 07.30 pm
Wednesday, 15 November    07.30 am - 12.30 pm

Certificate of Attendance

After the congress participating delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance together with an educational evaluation via email.

Food &  Drinks

A light lunch, coffee, tea and water will be offered during break times in the exhibition area and are included in the registration fee.
